Saint Pete MRI

What a great experience at St.Pete MRI, if you need a imaging you absolutely have to go to here. I had a scary soft tissue mass and rather than letting me panick forever with all the wait times at other facilities they got me in quickly. I have to also say, Rebecca was unbelievably helpful. I've had experiences at other imaging centers this is one of the nicest newest looking mri machines I've seen. I am also a difficult needle stick and they got me right away for the contrast. Listening to music was great too...instead of the machine while in there!

First, Shout out to KATE, she was amazing.. I have a severe foot injury and was needing a asap appt. I needed insurance approval and she was so helpful and went above and beyond to belp me and keep in touch with me during the process. She called immediately same day when I was approved and scheduled my MRI the next day. At the office the front desk associate was super nice and helpful and the xray tech was superb, I cant walk so she brought MRI table out to me and accommodated me so wonderful. Thank you all for caring about your patients/customers...makes the hard time Im having easier.

Thank you for allowing me to gain your trust by your, professionalism, attention and interactions with me in a very stressful situation. My husband and I highly recommend your services.

This facility was extremely clean. Lori who did my MRI was professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Anyone afraid of having an MRI should go here, they really make it easy. I was given ear plugs & headphones listening to country music. I almost fell asleep. They make it so comfortable. The MRI machine doesn't make that much noise so don't be afraid. I highly recommend this facility. Paul in scheduling was great. He got me an appointment the next day. He was friendly and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable & told me what to do & what not to do/wear. He answered all my questions & made me feel comfortable. A big plus is their hours are until 10pm & open on Saturday, great for working people. I would give them more then 5 stars.

I am severely claustrophobic so even open MRI's freak me out. The gentlemen, I didn't catch his name, was amazing at calming me down. Found out we both love the Steelers so he played the Pittsburgh fight song and the Pittsburgh Polka through the head phones. Big Kudos to this man! I would not have gotten through it without him making me laugh!
